While we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and joyful, we understand that sometimes a different size or other considerations may be needed. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at admin@mirabela.net to receive approval before sending anything back.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return approval must be obtained by email before mailing the item.
• The return window is 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All hang tags and labels must remain attached.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellations & Delivery Refusals

• Once an order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted.
• If an order has already shipped, and the customer refuses delivery for any reason-including cancellation requests, taxes, duties, or failure to accept delivery-the order becomes non-refundable.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Processing time may vary, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. To begin the return process, you must email our support team for approval before sending any item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to customer unavailability, the customer is fully responsible for all related shipping fees and expenses.
